Will taking an antibiotic right after lithium and synthroid make you sick?

In order for me not to forget any pills, i take my antibiotic, the synthroid and my lithium basically at the same time. (i wait about ten minutes before taking the amoxicilliin.) Oh and trust me, pill boxes, alarms and anything you can think of can’t make me remember any better.

Is the way i’m doing it making me feel queasy and kinda dizzy? It’s too early to call my doctor just yet, he’s not in til noon, and calling the hospital to check is like talking to a brick wall, and thats no exaggeration. I know this isn’t a doctor’s office, i just wanna know if anyone else on here would know. before i call my doctor here in a bit.

While I am no expert, I do know that you should take synthroid on an empty stomach (I take this too). However, with many antibiotics taking them on an empty stomach can cause queasiness, so they should be taken with a small amount of food (crackers, etc.). I also know that quite a few things can affect the absorption of synthroid if taken at the same time. Your best bet may be to call a pharmacy that is open and ask the pharmacist.
