I need help picking between a Shuffle and a Nano!?

I need to get an Ipod, but I’m torn between these two models. I want something easy for workouts. I know the Shuffle has a clip on the back, and the Nano you can buy armbands, but a girlfriend told me that the armbands cut off circulation when you’re lifting, which sounds bad. Is that accurate, that the armbands are uncomfortable?

since your going to be using an ipod mainly to listen to music while working out then i definetely recommend the shuffle because its easier to use while exercising. Ipod shuffles generally go up to 500 songs but if your looking for something with more gb then get the nano, the armbands can be slightly uncomfortable and tend to fall off sometimes but you could just get a snapping thing to attach it to your jeans. Its up to you. hope this advice helped tho :]

oh yeah and any ipod or mp3 player can hook up to a tape thing so you can listen to it in your car any device that has the headphone slot does. :]
