how to switch Ipod touch from one computer to another?

okay well i have the ipod touch and i put it on my itunes on my computer, my friend had much more songs than me so i also put my ipod on her itunes so i just have her songs on my ipod now. but me and her r not friends anymore so i want to put my songs back onto my ipod i know her songs are going to be deleted i just need help on switching it back to my itunes ((: thanks for anyones help ((:
