Hi, how do I use a Griffin Itrip to play my Ipod with my car stereo?

I bought a Griffin Itrip with dock connector off ebay to connect my Ipod to my car stereo, and while it came with the actual Itrip, there was no cord. How am I suppossed to connect my Ipod to the stereo without a cord, or can I get one? Does anyone know what exactly an Itrip is for? you plug it in and change the radio station on the itrip, then you change it to the same station on your car’s radio
